Michael Ross serves as a mediator in civil cases, workplace conflicts, and board disputes. Michael uses a combination of evaluative and facilitative mediation styles to help the parties find a solution that works for both sides. Michael listens carefully, asks relevant questions, and makes sure that all participants are heard in the process. While remaining impartial, Michael endeavors to effectively communicate the position of both sides. The goal is to facilitate a fully informed decision by the parties.

Michael holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Willamette University, and has completed both basic and advanced mediation training. Michael is a member of the Oregon Mediation Association and adheres to the OMA Core Standards of Mediation Practice. Michael serves as a court-connected mediator in Multnomah County Circuit Court.
